The lasagna and the chicken wings were total failures, neither of which was hot enough. The lasagna with it was very small and hardly any ground sauce. One star is still too many. First and last order there.

We have often ordered pizza from Tele and will definitely order there again. Delivery is always super-fast, sometimes as little as 15-20 minutes. Nothing has ever been missing and the deliverers are always friendly. I think it's great that vegan pizzas are also on offer as standard.

Ordered pizza - there 24 minutes later! I ordered a vegan spinach plus tomato pizza and a diavolo pizza. Everything was delivered as ordered - and hot too! The dough is like a nut. I think you can't do it better! Thank you, I'm super full.

Worst pizza ever. Wrong delivery of the pizza-dry salad in the box driver didn't understand a word. All in all, it ended up in the trash can

Not recommendable. Forgot a court, didn't even offer compensation. After 2 hours the doorbell rang and the driver said "sorry, the food was in the car and was just forgotten to take it to the door", no thanks, then no one would like to eat, which had been driving through Cologne for 2 hours.

If you could I would give 0 stars, the pizza arrived like a soup, the problem was described and the man on the phone became rude or vulgar and wanted to accept the problem 0. I cannot recommend this restaurant !!!

I deliberately chose "contactless delivery". What came during the current pandemic ?! A messenger without gloves and especially without a face mask, who wanted to put the food in my hand. When asked about the "contactless delivery", he replied: "99% do not want contactless delivery" and then peppered the ordered food onto the dirty stairs in the hallway. The food was again rather average (especially the "Country Potatos" tasted almost nothing, were very sticky and had absolutely nothing to do with the beautiful chips shown in the ordering system.). All in all, that was our last order from Tele Pizza.

Unfortunately I can not quite understand why the Tele Pizza in Cologne Vingst has received so many negative reviews. However, what I can say is that I have always been very satisfied. In the past, one or the other dressing was forgotten for me. However, this could be quickly replenished and therefore the thing was superfluous for me. Something like this can happen. The food was always very quick and warm. Hence 5 stars from me.

Better order elsewhere! The waiting times are long and the staff very rude. But then you get a cold pizza that does not even taste. The prices are too high. That was the last time I ordered here.

the pizza was horrible. so that at the beginning the dough of my pizza (no extra ingredients but one from the pre-made pizzas) was about half raw, if you already offer that kind of pizzas you have to at least manage the bottom heat in the oven. In addition, very expensive and on my girlfriend's pizza with extra pineapple you had to find the three pieces of pineapple.
